The 16-year-old died after overdosing on MDMA ecstasy at an illegal rave in Hillingdon in January 2014.
His parents, Tim and Fiona, launched the Daniel Spargo-Mabbs Foundation shortly after to educate children on the dangers of drugs.
Fiona was also awarded an OBE last year for her service to young people.
