There’s less than a week to go to have your say on plans for a water abstraction site at Teddington Lock.

Thames Water’s TDRA project “would supply up to 75 million litres of water each day during drought” according to the company.

Treated sewage water from the Mogden Sewage plant would be released back into the Thames as a result.

Environmentalists say they fear the impact the plan would have on river health while some residents fear the works would be disruptive.

The consultation ends on Tuesday.
