There are concerns older people will become increasingly vulnerable to scams as more bank branches close.

A survey by Virgin Media O2 suggests four-fifths of us are concerned about online fraudsters targeting our older friends and relatives.

The media company’s launching free ‘scam school’ sessions across the UK in partnership with the Good Things Foundation.

The sessions are also being rolled out in South West London and Surrey, to help older people spot and avoid online fraud.
