People visiting Battersea Park and Richmond Green this week have reported overflowing bins and rubbish strewn across the beauty spots.
We’re being told to take our litter home with us if bins are full and to report a waste issue via the respective councils’ website.
Dropping litter is a criminal offence and can result in an on-the-spot Fixed Penalty Notice of around £100.
