The US President will start his unprecedented second state visit to the UK today.

Donald Trump, who will be accompanied by his wife Melania, was hosted by the late Queen Elizabeth II in June 2019.

US presidents serving a second term are not traditionally offered a state visit, but King Charles extended the invitation in February.

It hasn’t pleased everyone though.
