The Treasury Minister thinks scrapping Bingo Duty will be a “full house” for clubs.

The Chancellor announced plans to remove the 10% levy on profits as part of last month’s Budget.

The Bingo Association has called the move “transformative.”

Now the minister, Dan Tomlinson, who visited a club in Tooting yesterday, says getting rid of the tax will recognise the “important role these venues play.”
