The meeting comes after some have called for the street carnival to be moved to a designated area next year.
Residents affected by the event over the bank holiday are being urged to attend to give their feedback.
Council officials and the Met Police will also be in attendance alongside organisers, Carnival Village Trust.
This year’s carnival saw a spate of stabbings, a sexual assault on a police officer and 300 tonnes of rubbish cleaned from the roads.
The public meeting is taking place on Wednesday from 6.30pm to 8pm at The Tabernacle in Powis Square.
