Supporters of the 60 year old site in the High Street are issuing a desperate plea for funding.
The registered charity is home to a collection spanning tiny music boxes to the famous Mighty Wurlitzer theatre organ.
The museum’s forced closure during COVID as well as quarterly fuel bills exceeding £7,000 are being blamed for the situation.
A GoFundMe campaign has been launched to try and raise the £60,000 needed to keep the museum open past April.
