It follows numerous complaints to Sarah Olney from residents across North Kingston about the amount of badly parked e-bikes.
Ms Olney says she has also asked the company to place clear signs on their bikes so smartphone users can make reports quickly.
Lime is the largest e-bike rental company in the country, but Kingston Council recommends riders use Human Forest e-bikes instead.
Other councils, like Brent, have threatened to ban Lime’s dockless e-bikes unless the company addresses concerns.
While Wandsworth says it will largely ban any e-bikes being left anywhere on pavements once it has finished building dedicated parking areas.
Lime has said in the past that it is willing to work with councils.
