Labour’s Fleur Anderson has been campaigning personally to rid our waterways of the plastic-filled cloths.
A 100-tonne fatberg caused by a bank of wet wipes took over a month to remove from a sewer in Feltham earlier in the Autumn.
Ms Anderson has this message to anyone who uses them.
