The victim reported a man walking naked from the waist down on the footpath of the River Brent by Ruislip Road.

The suspect is described as being of Asian or Middle Eastern appearance, with black hair and possibly in his 30s.

Anyone with information or footage are being urged to report to the Met police online or call 101.
