Kingston and Surbiton MP, Sir Ed Davey, has teamed up with Bath Philharmonia and charity, Carers Trust on the project.
They are hoping their single “Love is Enough” will make Number 1 and raise awareness of the work done by carers.
Sir Ed cared for his mother as a teenager and is also a carer for his teenage son.
Speaking to us yesterday, he says he will do a skydive if 10,000 people download the single.
