At the latest in a series of community drop-in events, people from the area met with the Leader to discuss the latest issues in an open questions and answer session on Saturday.
Residents also had the chance to speak to ward councillors, council officers, the MP and police.
Mr Hogg said: “We are striving to have the cleanest, safest streets in London. It was vital that I came to listen to local residents today and hear their concerns and what issues are important to the people. These events give the opportunity for me, other Councillors and Council services to hear issues first-hand – whether that’s discussing the safer cycling routes, our Access for All scheme or concerns about youth provision in the area.”
At each community drop-in event, there is an ‘ideas map’ of the borough where people can feed back on areas they feel need investment or improvements.
Partner organisations including Neighbourhood Watch and Citizens Advice Wandsworth were also at the event to provide information and advice.
