All 22 have been refurbished with energy-efficient lighting.
Originally installed as gas lanterns in 1887, the council says the heritage lights needed an upgrade as many were damaged or broken.
Hammersmith Bridge closed to vehicles in 2019 after parts of its structure were found to be unsafe.
