Plans for a new Marks & Spencer Foodhall at Torrington Lodge were abandoned in late 2023 following intense opposition from residents.
Elmbridge Borough Council says it is continuing to look at ways the land can be redeveloped.
A public council meeting will take place on Monday at 7pm at Claygate Youth Hub.
