David Smith is giving evidence to the Inquiry into the Horizon IT scandal.
Seema Misra was wrongly sentenced to 15 months in prison in 2010 after the software showed there was a 74,000 shortfall in her accounts.
She says she doesn’t accept his apology and is still waiting for her compensation.
