The three people, including two in their 70s, were arrested following a protest in Parliament Square on the 5th of July.
They are 71 year old Judit Murray from West Ewell, Jeremy Shippam from West Sussex and Fiona Maclean from Hackney.
They are accused of arousing reasonable suspicion that they are a supporter of a proscribed organisation.
