The finalists for the Independent Bookshop of the Year have been announced and there’s a double nod to South West London.

The stores up for the award include Backstory in Balham and BookBar in Chelsea.

In the largest cohort yet, there are 76 bookshops listed across nine different regions and counties.

The British Book Awards celebrate shops that play a big part in their communities.

The winner will be announced on March the 10th.
