Officers were called to Longcross Road on the 13th of January outside the Old School Café.
32 year old Scott Davies from Egham died at the scene.
In their statement, his family says; “Scott was a caring son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to so many.
“He was a cheeky chappy who always had a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye.
“Growing up he enjoyed rugby, but darts was always his thing. He played county level when he was younger competing against some very recognisable names, and he carried on as an adult.
“But family was always the most important thing to Scott.
“He would do anything for anyone and always put others first. That’s just the way he was. He was a very loyal lad.
“Scott was the middle child of three and would always be on the look out for his older brother and younger sister.
That caring trait continued with their children. Scott used to speak to his three-year old nephew all the time. He still phones Scott every day.
“The same goes for his friends. If you were his friend, you were his friend for life.
“We will all treasure every minute spent with Scott. And if anyone asks what will we miss about him? The simple answer, everything.
