Improvement works on the structures will begin next month and include deep-cleaning, repainting and pigeon proofing.
‘East Putney’ signage will also be installed on the exterior of both bridges.
Work has been scheduled to take place overnight for around 40 nights, excluding weekends, to minimise disruption.
