Kensington and Chelsea Council says it will fully reopen to vehicles and road surface protective work will also take place.
The bridge shut at the start of February, with nearby Hammersmith Bridge having also been closed since 2019.
Albert Bridge is designed to move slightly to accommodate a change in temperature or traffic.
It was nicknamed “The Trembling Lady” shortly after it opened in 1873.
