According to its latest accounts the company, set up by Ovo Energy founder Stephen Fitzpatrick, lost 26-million pounds.
The grade-II listed former nightclub in Kensington High Street revealed plans to launch as a members’ club in February last year offering annual memberships of up to 2-thousand pounds per person.
It says it has ‘adequate resources’ to continue operating for the foreseeable future.
