Sir Wyn Williams says 13 people may have taken their own lives after being accused of wrongdoing, based on evidence from the faulty Horizon software.
Post Office staff have also been accused of “maintaining the fiction” the data was accurate, when it wasn’t.
Seema Misra was sub-postmisstress at the West Byfleet branch from 2005.
She was suspended from her branch in 2008 and handed a 15-month prison sentence, while eight weeks pregnant, in November 2010 after being accused of stealing £74,000.
