The amount of support available for people on Kensington and Chelsea Council’s Tax reduction scheme is to be cut.

The authority says the move, although “difficult”, is expected to save it £441,000.
Residents currently receiving 100% relief on their bill will now have to pay 10% of it if the plans go ahead next month.
The scheme is related to working age people and does not affect pensioners receiving relief as part of the national scheme.
