The beleaguered company discharged millions of litres of undiluted sewage into two rivers, killing more than 1,400 fish.
The incidents affected the Gatwick Stream near the airport in October 2017 and the River Mole in Surrey.
Thames Water admitted four charges in a prosecution brought by the Environment Agency.
