Sutton’s Jack Draper remains hopeful of making the Australian Open after pulling out of the United Cup with a hip injury.

The British tennis number one was due to appear alongside Katie Boulter at the tournament in Sydney at the end of the month.

The opening Grand Slam of the season starts in Melbourne on the 12th of January.
