Those charged include two men from Hounslow and 19-year-old Louis Cummings from Ashford.
The week-long operation saw six warrants, 61 stop searches and 12 “cuckooed” homes visited.
Cocaine, heroin, cannabis and crack were seized along with £8,400 cash, illegal vapes, three knives and an imitation firearm.
