Surrey County cricketer Dan Lawrence believes his aggressive style will see him slot into the England Test team smoothly.

He’ll open the batting when the first Test against Sri Lanka gets underway at Old Trafford tomorrow, despite often turning out in the middle order.

But Lawrence says he understands the role well.
