The scheme offers free hot drinks, winter essentials, energy advice, and social services.
It’s helped residents in need combat isolation and financial strain, distributing 11,000 essentials and 3,600 fuel vouchers.
The initiative is part of the council’s “No One Left Behind” initiative.
