Summer chewing gun patrols have launched across Egham, Chertsey and Addlestone.

It’s after Runnymede Borough Council secured a grant of £25,000 from Keep Britain Tidy.

Street cleaning teams are working across the borough to remove gum from pavements in high-footfall areas.

Egham High Street, Station Road in Addlestone and Guildford Street in Chertsey are the main routes receiving attention.
