Strikes by CCTV operators in Hounslow have been called off.

It’s after Unite Union members, employed by NSL, agreed a deal for an outstanding pay claim from last year.

The operators transferred employment in December from Serco to NSL with the same pay, terms and conditions.

But they say their claim for 2023, which was tabled at the beginning of the year, was not settled until strike action was announced.
