Street harassment is now punishable by on-the-spot fines across Hammersmith & Fulham.

It comes under a new Public Spaces Protection Order where offenders could face fines up to £1,000.

This is for behaviours like catcalling, unwanted comments, gestures, or physical contact.

Cllr Rebecca Harvey said: “Street harassment has no place in Hammersmith and Fulham. Everyone deserves to feel safe.”
