Spelthorne Borough Council has struck a deal to lease two floors of a landmark West London building which forms part of portfolio investments in property.

IWG, which leases hybrid working spaces to other businesses will move into Hammersmith Grove close to the underground station.

The council bought the property in 2018. It told Radio jackie that the portfolio brings in £60 million pounds a year.

After debt repayments that leaves £10 million pounds to fund council services like community centres and meals on wheels.
