South East Coast Ambulance Service as launched a new five-year Wellbeing Strategy.

It introduces a Wellbeing Forum and expands the Wellbeing Advocate Network to support staff across Surrey.

Employees will continue to access the Wellbeing Hub, chaplaincy services, and trauma support programmes.

Chief Executive Simon Weldon says the plan aims to create a healthier, more supportive workplace.
