The discovery back in January in a building on Tolworth Broadway had a potential street value of between £3 and £4 million.
Officers suspected there were around 1,000 plants weighing 586kg.
The men were sentenced to a total of 15 years between them.
The property was located at 20 Tolworth Broadway.
