The triple-Oscar winner, from Kensington and Chelsea, left acting after starring in Paul Thomas Anderson’s 2017 film Phantom Thread.
Now, he’s returning for his son Ronan’s directorial debut, a movie called Anemone.
It explores the relationships between fathers, sons and brothers.
The pair wrote the screenplay, which also features Sean Bean and Samantha Morton.
