Surrey Police carried out speed checks outside Danetree Primary school on Wednesday afternoon.
Several drivers were issued tickets for children not being strapped in and speeding where pedestrians were waiting to cross the road.
A number of vehicles were also stopped for phone and number plate offences as well.
