The eco-friendly facility features solar panels, a 60m² living green wall, rainwater harvesting, and smart LED lighting.

Backed by a £664,000 investment from Richmond Council and South Western Railway, it aims to ease congestion, boost air quality, and encourage sustainable travel.

Council leaders say it marks a major step towards a cleaner, healthier, and more vibrant town centre.
