Residents in Epsom and Ewell are being encouraged to have their say on proposals to create Epsom and Ewell Community Councils.

The councils would be funded through a small precept and initially manage allotments and planning consultations.

The consultation runs from 16 December to 1 February, with questionnaires available online and at libraries and council offices.
Residents are invited to respond before the consultation closes.
