Primark says it is taking urgent steps to verify a report of a mouse infestation at its store in Kingston.

The report is circulating on Facebook and mentions the children’s department of the store in Eden Street.

A spokesperson has told us “we expect all our stores to meet the highest standards and we are concerned to hear of these reports.

We are taking urgent steps within the store to address this and in the meantime the store is open as usual.”
