The two-storey branch will sit beside JD Sports and close to retailers including Next and M&S, further boosting the town’s shopping offer.
It’s understood the arrival is one of Epsom’s most anticipated retail additions in years.
The store is also expected to create jobs, draw more visitors to the town centre and strengthen Ashley Centre’s place as a key destination.
