The order runs from 3pm on Saturday until 7 am on Sunday.
Inspector Chris Thoday says it aims to reduce anti-social driving after previous car meet gatherings.
The order means officers can tell groups to leave and seize vehicles acting anti-socially under Section 59 of the Police Reform Act.
