Forensic officers had been examining a back garden in Hackney as part of the ongoing investigation.
She was kidnapped from her Wimbledon Village home in 1969 and later murdered after being mistaken for Rupert Murdoch’s wife.
The search was carried out independently by excavators working on behalf of her family, in the continued effort to find her remains.
