Officers were called to reports a moped had hit a pedestrian on Talgarth Road just before 6pm on the 16th of January.
The pedestrian, 58-year-old Ina Rodrigues, was taken to hospital but later died there.
The driver failed to stop, and CCTV caught them abandoning the moped and fleeing the scene on foot.
Officers believe the people in the image may have information.
