Officers want to speak to 41 year old Jamie Byrne in connection with an investigation into thefts across Elmbridge.
He is described as a white man, of medium to large build, medium length hair, sometimes has a beard and drives a Yamaha moped.
He has links to Hounslow, Feltham, Twickenham and West Molesey.
