Police have released a CCTV image of a man in connection with an investigation of outraging public decency.

It’s reported that a man was seen touching himself inappropriately on a Northern Line Service from Tooting Broadway to Morden.

The incident happened at around 8:30 in the evening on Friday the 4th of October.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police on 101.
