31-year-old Jerome Alexander Simpson-O’Conner was stopped over a ticket issue in October, when police found drugs and two phones.
A search of a second address linked to him found nearly 15g of crack, over 12g of heroin, scales, a knife, and more phones.
He has been sentenced to five years and eight months in prison for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
