The move follows an earlier order and covers Lammas Park, High Street, Two Rivers, Elmsleigh Centre and the train station.
Extra officers are out on patrol, keeping an eye on trouble spots and ready to ask groups to move on if needed.
Residents are encouraged to report anything suspicious they see in the area.
