She was last seen leaving her home at about 10:30am on Tuesday, 30 December.
Memuna is vulnerable and needs daily medication.
She is known to visit the local area, including Southall High Street.
She is 5ft tall with short white hair, and was wearing a pink cap, multi-coloured jacket, green trousers and red shoes, and carrying a black handbag.
