The incident, which occurred around 9pm at the corner with Thames Street on 23 December, involved a large group of men.
A man in his 20s has been arrested for assault occasioning actual bodily harm and released on bail with conditions not to enter Staines.
Officers are continuing to identify others involved, CCTV images are available on the Radio Jackie website.
